Herwiha vekirina derfetê pêşxistinê li pêşiya helbestvanên xwe yên ciwan. Kesên ku dixwazin tevlî vê pêşbirkê bibin, helbestên xwe bi riya îmêlê ji me re dişînin û piştre dinirxînin. Ev pêşbirk xwedî mercên taybet in û divê helbestvanê ku bixwazin tevlî pêşbirkê bibe, şert û mercan pêk bînne. Mercên pêşbirkê jî ew in ku helbest bi kurdî be, helbestvan ji Rojava be, temenê wî/wê ji 18‘an heya 30’î be, helbest berî niha li tu deveran nehatibe xwendin. Di heman demê de malikên helbestê ji 10 heya 50 malkan pêk werin û çênabe helbestvanên ku di pêşbirkên bûrî de bi ser ketibin, careke din beşdar bibin. ”

Herwiha da ku bi awayekî veşartî helbest werin nirxandin û bêalîbûn pêk were di vê pêngavê de, û nizanibin ev helbest a kê ye. Dema helbestek ji me re tê, hejmareke taybet  ji bo her yek tê destnîşankirin. Hejmar û navê xwediyê helbestê, li cem me ye û endamên komîteya nirxandinê bi van agahiyan nizanin. Di warê rewşa pêşbirka helbestê de jî em dibînin ku her diçe asta beşdarbûnê li pêş dikeve. Di pêşbirka Helbesta kurdî ya Ciwana ya 4’an ast û hejmara helbestên ku beşdar dibin ji yên berya xwe baştir û bêhtir e. Hêjayî gotinê ye ku heya niha 23 kes tevlî vê pêşbirkê bûne. Herwiha li gor tevlîbûnê jî, pêşbîniyên me hene ku wê hejmara kesên beşdar ji yê pêşbirka sala bûrî bêhtir bin. Kesên beşdar ji tevahiya Rojava ne û mijarên helbestên wan cihêreng in, lê bêtirî wan li ser welat û kurdperweriyê ne. ”
